Change

The plan is the easy part.
We build for the rest.

Four ways we help leaders make change stick: the case, the framework, the capability, and the support to see it through.

Start where you are

Your project plan is fine.

Your milestones are on track. Your Gantt chart is green.

And the change still isn't landing.

Because the plan is the map. The terrain is where change fails: the people, the culture, the politics, and everything that kills projects long before the Gantt chart admits it.

Why Vitr

We know the ground you're standing on.

You're accountable for an outcome that depends on people you don't control, on a timeline you didn't set, with a sponsor watching the numbers and a workforce watching you. That is the ordinary condition of leading change, and it is exactly the part most change methods gloss over.

We build for the terrain. Every framework we use, we have run ourselves, on our own business included. Wherever you are on the track, whether you are deciding, delivering, or stalled, there is a marked place to join.

Four waypoints. One path. Join at any of them.

Deciding
Should this change happen?
Solve the right problem

Make the case

The Integrated Case Maker (ICAM)

Most change fails before it starts, because the case for it was never truly made. ICAM forces the hard questions early: are you solving the right problem, is this the right why, and is your organisation actually ready for what change demands?

Some clients begin here. Others come to us mid-change, and ICAM becomes the check-in that tests whether the case still holds. Either way, you finish with a case worth acting on, or you catch a costly false start before it gets worse. Both are wins.

ICAM isn't for leaders looking for a rubber stamp. If the case doesn't hold, we will tell you, and that conversation is worth more than the workshop.

Delivering
How do we make it land?
Planning and execution

Change framework

The Integrated Change Action Plan (ICAP)

ICAP is our six-step execution framework for organisational change. It draws on the proven change canon and fuses it with military operational planning methodology, then moves through three phases: Initiate, Prepare, Execute. The execution phase runs as a deliberate cycle of assessment, adaptation and action, because change is never set-and-forget.

What makes ICAP different is that it works as both a planning and an execution discipline, with people at the centre of both. It runs alongside whatever project methodology you already use.

And it directly addresses the part your project plan leaves under-addressed: the people, the culture, the politics. The terrain.

Lessons and workshops

Build the capability

Frameworks only work in the hands of people who can run them. Our guided lessons and workshops build change capability inside your organisation, from foundations for teams encountering change for the first time through to deep skill-building for the leaders who will carry it.

Delivered live, and built around your context rather than generic case studies. When we leave, the capability stays.

Stalled
What now?
Execute change together

Get support

Change plays out over months, and the hard middle is where most initiatives die. We provide structured advisory support across the life of the change: tracking progress against the plan, adjusting as conditions shift, and keeping leaders honest about what the change actually requires.

You own the change. We make sure it lands. And if things have stalled, this is where you join the path. The first job is finding where the track gave way: sometimes the case needs re-testing, sometimes the plan needs reworking, and we take you back to whichever it is.

Stalled? We find where the track gave way.

Workshops

Workshops for change

Build the capability alongside the work. Sessions run live by principals, shaped to your context.

Ready when you are.

Wherever you are on the track, there is a marked place to join. Change is a conversation before it is a contract.
